We encourage first-time clients to call the salon to book your appointment so that we can assess your needs and answer any questions you may have.
We ask that you give us 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. We understand that life happens; if you're running late please give us a ring.
No-showing an appointment will require a credit card to hold all future appointments going forward + 50% of the no-showed service charged to the next appointment. Out of respect for our stylist's and client's time, online booking will not be available to clients with 2+ no show appointments.
We gladly book children's haircuts Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Please call for an appointment.
We accept all major credit cards. Gratuities are welcomed in cash only and may not be added to credit card sales.
It is salon policy that no refunds are given on services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly adjust your cut or color within 10 days of the original appointment.
