We accept appointments through online booking or by telephone. We do not accept appointment requests via email or voicemail.
We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, or no call/no shows, are charged 100% of the scheduled services.
Running late? Please call us.
By booking online or by phone, you agree to this policy. It is enforced without exception. Illness, work conflicts, emergencies, and travel delays are not exempt.
Our stylists are paid per appointment. Missed appointments mean lost income — all cancellation fees go directly to your stylist.
Clients with 2+ no-shows will lose access to online booking.
Notice: Transactions using Debit Card or Cash will cost 3% less than those using a Credit Card. This difference in price is equal to or less than the fees we pay for credit card processing and helps us offset this cost so we can keep delivering an experience you’ll love.
It is salon policy that no refunds are given on services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly adjust your cut or color within 10 days of the original appointment.
