We are only accepting appointments via online booking or by telephone at this time. We will not accept appointment requests via email or voicemail.

We ask that you give us 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hour notice, no call/no show will result in a 100% charge for the total services booked.

We understand that life happens; if you're running late please give us a ring.

S+C values your time, and the time of our stylists. We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy without exception. By making an appointment over the phone or online you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. We understand that things like illness, work, emergencies, and delayed flights are out of your control, but they are also out of our control – so they are not exempt from the last-minute cancellation policy. Your stylist works on commission per appointment, so if you don’t show, they do not get paid. This fee goes to them, to make up for their lost time. We appreciate our clients understanding that our stylist’s livelihoods are of the utmost importance.

Out of respect for our stylist's and client's time, online booking will not be available to clients with 2+ no show appointments.

We accept all major credit cards, ApplePay, and cash. Gratuities are welcomed in Venmo or cash only and may not be added to credit card sales.


It is salon policy that no refunds are given on services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly adjust your cut or color within 10 days of the original appointment.
